Taken from the ‘L’Illustration’ newspaper of 1936. The picture was part of the ‘Exposition internationale de la Photographie contemporaine’ (1935/1936; Louvre, Marsan / Paris).

If you have any information about the photographer please let me know. By following the source link you are able to see a bigger scan of the magazines double-page, but the readability is really bad - it could be something like ‘Maria Fischerova’.

Chagalov did some research and found out that it could possibly be a photo by ‘Mana Fischerova’, but there is hardly any information about her on the internet.
